A Comissão Europeia retirou do ar um vídeo de sua mais recente campanha para promover o crescimento da União Europeia (UE) após acusações de racismo na internet. O vídeo mostra três lutadores de artes marciais se preparando para enfrentar uma mulher branca com um visual parecido com o da atriz Uma Thurman nos filmes "Kill Bill".
Primeiro, um especialista em Kung Fu do leste asiático pula em frente à lutadora. Em seguida, o mestre da arte indiana Kalaripayattu aponta uma espada contra a mulher. Por último, um capoeirista negro derruba uma porta e invade o galpão. Quando ela se multiplica para formar um círculo ao redor dos rivais, estes imediatamente largam suas armas e as 12 projeções da mulher formam as estrelas da bandeira da União Europeia.

Palhaçada. Agora tudo vira sinônimo de ‘racismo’. O comercial é excelente e mostra, exatamente, o que os nacionalistas mais extremados do Brasil, China e Índia pensam sobre os europeus: alvos a serem abatidos.

O vídeo é bom, não seria verossímil mostrar um oriental capoeirista, um negro com adaga sikh e um indiano adotando o ancestral kung fu da China. Agora, se os BRICS arrebentassem com a mulher européia, eu aposto que haveria regozijo por parte desses mesmos críticos que apontam o ‘racismo’.

O engraçado disto tudo é que, na prática, não é o Brasil – representado pelo negro capoeirista – quem prima pela flexibilidade (vide nossas relações trabalhistas) e a dinâmica exercida pela China em anos recentes não é algo tradicional, assim como a luta do Kung Fu e sim algo novo, historicamente falando.

O politicamente correto tem afetado até a criatividade tentando lhe impor uma censura inconfessa. É algo realmente estúpido.

The video shows three martial arts fighters preparing to face a white woman with a look like the actress Uma Thurman in the movie "Kill Bill".
First, a specialist in East Asian Kung Fu jumps in front of the fighter. Then the master of Indian art Kalaripayattu points a sword against women. Finally, a capoeira fighter drops a black door and invades the house.
When it multiplies to form a circle around rivals, they immediately drop out their guns and 12 projections of women are the stars of the European Union flag.

Slapstick. Now everything becomes synonymous with 'racism'. The TV commercial is excellent and shows exactly what the most extreme nationalists in Brazil, China and India think about Europeans: targets to be slaughtered.The video is good, it would not be likely show an Oriental capoeiristas, black with a dagger and an Indian Sikh adopting the ancient kung fu in China. Now, if the BRICS came crashing to the European woman, I bet these same critics who point to the 'racism' would love.

The funny thing of all is that in practice, is not Brazil - represented by black capoeira - who excels in flexibility (see our labor relations) and dynamics exerted by China in recent years is not something traditional, like the struggle of Kung Fu but something new, historically speaking.

The political correctness has affected even the creativity trying to impose censorship unacknowledged. It's something really stupid.
