"O cargo" não pode ser dissociado da pessoa, isto implicaria em imputar ao crime (de corrupção), uma responsabilidade objetiva, como se os sujeitos da ação fossem meras vítimas de um sistema maligno. Para quem realmente preza o liberalismo, o indivíduo não pode ter um papel menor nesta relação e, consequentemente, se eximir da responsabilidade.
O comentário sobre as favelas foi crítico e sumamente equivocado. Dentre outras razões porque os favelados (tratados genericamente como "moradores de área de risco") procuram sua própria residência às expensas da ajuda estatal e o estado faria muito bem em desimpedir, destravar e desburocratizar o acesso desses moradores aos títulos que formalizam seus terrenos (posses) em propriedades de fato (Florianópolis, p.ex., é 85-90% contrato de compra e venda sem escritura pública das residências).
Sim, não somos obrigados a pagar pela ocupação em áreas de risco, mas qual o limite de onde se deve e não se deve ocupar? Quem define isto, uma associação de moradores da própria favela ou a prefeitura?

É ingênuo achar que o "colégio do estado não vai falar disso daí". Claro que os professores falam o que querem, esta é a verdade. Se não falam é porque não concordam. Ou tu acha que não falavam contra o regime mesmo durante a ditadura?
Quanto ao estado criar "monopólio na educação" justificar uma melhor qualidade, não há conexão de causalidade. Acredito que as instituições privadas podem sim assumir este lugar, mas não é o que ocorre porque a demanda pelo planejamento científico praticamente não existe. Na verdade, em sistemas mais avançados existe uma sinergia entre instituições públicas e privadas onde as primeiras também procedem com critérios de produtividade.
De resto, eu concordo com os argumentos, sobretudo com a crítica ao politicamente correto e o "altruísmo forçado".
